Even with graphics that can leave a lot to be desired and sounds that can drive you absolutely barmy, this is a game
that is a must try for all lovers of Racing and old games.
However difficult the levels may be it was always fun to drive around, blowing up your opponents with small tanks, or racing round tight corners in helicopters. For many it is a release from the stress of everyday life, for others it's an obsession in which to waste time, but either way, it's a popular game.
With people all over the world playing it, it makes it one of the most successful games of its time and even to this day it is preferred to some other racing games. With the control's being simple and easy to understand you are always a couple of buttons away form a day's happiness, or sadness as your opponent dances around the room laughing as he/she has just beat you for the 3rd time in a row!
With endless levels to choose from, with the school table, the kitchen table and the dreaded boating pond, you're never stuck for choice. Also with a wide range of vehicles, boats, helicopters, tanks, 4x4's, you would think that the list would go on forever. Your opponents and characters are some of the wackiest and weirdest looking which makes it all the funnier when you win, lose or pick them.
So when you're bored, it’s raining outside and you really have got nothing better to do, turn on the old pc, fire up the game and get ready to race and go crazy with the keyboard/controller and race to your hearts content. All in all this is a game not to be sniffed at and worth a try, and if you've never heard of micro machines, you really need to get out more.
