Operation stealth from Delphine software borrowed heavily from the James Bond movies, and the game itself plays out like a movie. After an excellent intro where the latest stealth bomber is hijacked, the government wants to get it back - and you are the secret agent selected for the job. First you go through a Q like sequence where you receive your gadgets, including a totally cool Bond style suitcase with all the latest secret agent gizmo's. In fact from the stealing of the plane to actually arriving at the airport where you finally get to control your character, this has got to be the longest intro of any game in history.

The game itself plays mostly as a point and click adventure which taxes the little grey cells,
more than button bashing bullet spraying gunfest. However the game does mix in several of these elements, including fighting underwater scuba divers and dodging sharks, and it certainly helps to keep the game feeling fresh and original. The biggest drawback with this game was the load time and disk swapping (a problem that plagued most Delphine releases) and it was only with the purchasing of a HDD that I really got into this game. Although by today’s standards the graphics are not exactly stellar, they are bright and colorful and still include a certain cartoon charm that really does add to the game atmosphere, and with some decent sound effects and scenic music.
Add to the fact it is always fun comparing the game scene to the 007 movie it has been "inspired" by. Overall this game is an excellent play with plenty of puzzle solving, and moments broke up with some action, then back to the puzzle, as you progress through the game/movie tracking down the clues, and visiting different locations in pursuit of the stolen bomber and those responsible.
Obviously I won't reveal any spoilers in this review, however you can probably imagine the organization and the head honcho, just from watching the Bond films. Still it was a great game. It is fun, with a good balance of variety and logical puzzle solving and fairly easy to complete. Also it is totally safe for the kids to play as it lacks the gore or bad language words of many modern games. I still enjoy playing it to this day and I still even have the original code wheel that came with the game.
