Game Review (written by Budahbeats) Added on: 03/26/2007
The game is based around a central character whose job it is to complete missions which vary in technical difficulty (e.g. gain access to a secure area and blow up something). I remember having to choose your team, and the equipment they could carry before setting off on your mission. Once in mission you are be able to send agents off to different places for different purposes, walking around in a creepy isometric barren world of street corners and faded concrete. In fact, eerie is one of the most enduring memories (especially the zombie-like agents!).
In order to do complete missions you can bank roll some neat gadgets to help. One of the most useful is a tele-hypnosis device that allows you to gain control of people around you. They will pick up whatever weapons are around and become your own personal security team. This becomes especially useful when facing the many agents sent to destroy you! Another useful weapon is like a pocket rocket launcher that can be used to hit targets further away. It fires up into the air and drops down to make a fiery explosion!
I remember there being loads of missions, with lots of variety too. I never used to tire of the game, keeping me and my mates busy trying to fight (or hypnotise) our way out of tricky situations. In fact, I don’t remember ever completing it. I hope I can soon! There’s nothing quite like gaining control of 30 people and helping arm them before taking on a legion of evil agents and getting into their base!
I hope this review has been useful for you and has inspired you to try out the game. Trust me, once into the game play you will love it!
