Game Review (written by Ettarps) Added on: 02/22/2007
As you will see it is an Interactive Technology science fiction story. In the 80's one of the most common games was the text adventure this is one of those games. I started my love for the Commodore when the Vic-20 came out in the stores one Christmas then moved up the the C64 and after that to the C128. This game is one that I had to buy at the time it came out. You get the same screen you do for most text adventure games a simple intro and there you are with the flashing cursor waiting for you to type some command.
When you type in a word the program does not have on file you get this I don't understand that. Prompt then back to the flashing cursor again. These types of game only had limited command you could type in like [go north] [go south] [put card in slot]. To best play the game you will have to make a map of the game as you enter one room after the other. When I first played the game I would have my paper and pen ready as I entered the commands placing each square for the rooms I just entered and the names, were I came from and the possible ways to from here, and most of all the items you find in the room I just entered.
You get to the screen with the flashing cursor I enter [go north] I always enter go north that was the most common way to start this type of game. My next command [place card in slot] you are now in Worship-Room 2 the room is divided up with all the major religions of the world and the exit is before you what do you do now? Going north, south, east, or west does not work.
The exit that was before you was the same door that you went in to enter the worship-room 2. You will need to find your way around before the curfew. When I first played this game I thought is was the best game ever put that was back in the 80’s that was the most common games there were.
If you like text adventures this will be a good one to play.
