Beach Head is an action shooter simulation where you will be attempting to break through your enemies beach brigade and capture their main fortress. At the beginning of the game you will be given a map showing you the terrain and the two options you have to begin your attack motives. Depending on which point you select to start at you will have the option to take on your opponent head on or sneak up behind them. Each levels strategic play will have an effect on your next level you participate in.
During each level there will be many more things to look out for. In the second level you will have the enemy air force that will begin attacking you. You will have weapons to assist you with them, but a limited supple of bullets. Eventually after a period of time your ammunition will be replenished but it takes time. In the third level you will be taking part in a naval combat. With this level you will have weapons that have the ability to take out opposing ships, which means these are some heavy-duty guns. It can be difficult to hit the ships in the right spot to sink them with one shot, but once you determine this location you will be taking down ships
easily. The enemy is capable of doing the same thing so try surprising them to get a better chance.
You will eventually be taking your ships towards the fortress and can attempt your chance at attacking the fortress. You will be required to get ten good shots on the fortress before it is taken down. The game does tell you where you are suppose to hit next which does make the game a little less complicated. If you have played a very complicated game up to this point you will see how all your previous decisions will have an effect. The final level is quite difficult to beat, but once you’ve determined what to do and where it is best to aim you will get the job done.
Overall this game can become quite difficult in many aspects. If you make wrong decisions at the beginning of the game you will pay for them throughout the rest of the game. The graphics that have been used in the game are not anything over the top. They have been done with the arcade like form. The graphics are pretty generalized, but do suit the game.
Beach Head is a phenomenal strategizing combat game. There is so much to this game that you will have endless excitement. With the ability to pretty much choose your own fate with the game you can enjoy this game to your own extent. The game has been done quite well and is definitely over the top in enjoyment.
