Defender of the Crown is a great strategic adventure that has been based in the thirteenth century in England. In this game England has been invaded by the Normans, which resemble Vikings and you as the player you will be attempting to get an army together. To do this you will have to take over your neighboring countries, win numerous tournaments and many more things, which will all assist in furthering you along in the game.
Throughout the game you will participate in many strategic tournaments as well as raids.

Throughout the game you will participate in many strategic tournaments as well as raids. The game is full of action packed combats that aren’t your regular one to one combat. With your main goal in the game to pretty much just take back your country the game does

become quite simple. As you get farther into the game you will be required to take part in little more difficult tournaments, but nothing to the point you get fed up and shut the game off.
Defender of the Crown is very simple games once you have determined what you are suppose to actually do. The level of difficulty throughout the game doesn’t differ to a drastic extent. If you are new to the game it may seem difficult at first because you are not overly aware of what you are supposed to actually do. You will begin traveling around and encountering enemies then take part in combats.
The graphical design in the game is great. Overall, the graphics are definitely superb and have taken the game to the next level. There is the addition of medieval type music throughout the game, which is a great touch to the overall appeal. The sounds surely suit the game plot quite well.
Defender of the Crown has become a phenomenal strategic adventure. This is a fantastic game that has made its mark in the gaming world. With the above average graphics, the great music, and especially the wonderful game play, this game is a sure keeper for many years to come. It’s worth downloading immediately! You’ll be satisfied and impressed!

Very good although once you had worked out the strategy to the game, i.e. defending and buying all the land which gave you the most gold every turn, it was easy to build up your men faster than anybody else
