Travel to the land of Yuria a place that takes on a Conan the Barbarian fantasy world design. The evil Death Adder who has placed them in captive in their castle has captured the king and daughter. He has also taken the Golden Axe that has become the magical emblem for Yuria and is threatening to destroy it and the family if the townspeople don’t take him on as a ruler. This is where the game known as Golden Axe begins.
You will have the choice of three different warriors to utilize.

You will have the choice of three different warriors to utilize. The first one that you will see is a dwarf that is equipped with a battle-axe. This character is known as Gilius Thunderhead. The next character is a male barbarian who
has a two handed broadsword. He is known as Ax Battler. Lastly is an Amazon who has been equipped with a long sword. This final character is known as Tyris Flare. Every single one of these characters has been affected by Death Adder in one way or another and wants revenge.
You will be travelling to the castle in several interesting ways. There is a town known as Turtle Village where you will be saving the people that live there. Turns out this town is actually placed on top of a turtle and it takes you across the sea. Then you will be flown to the castle on a giant eagle. These are some comical ways of travel.
Once you have reached the castle you will begin combat with Death Adder who is utilizing the Golden Axe. The battle will lead to Death Adder killing himself with his own weapon and the royal family becoming free.
There are two different modes that you will be capable of playing the game. The first is the story mode where you will go through the game from beginning to end taking on many of Death Adder’s henchmen. The next mode would have to be the Duel mode, which makes it that you, could have one or two players taking part. In the single player option you will take on the enemies in stages and in the two-player mode you will be competing against each other.
Golden Axe is a very interesting game in the way it’s been designed as well as how you will travel. There are a lot of exciting occurrences throughout the entire game that will keep players playing. This will become one of the most challenging adventure fantasy games that you will ever experience. Become the saviour and defeat Death Adder before it’s too late.
