Magicland Dizzy is an adventure game where you will be taking on the role of the character Dizzy. The evil wizard Zaks, which is one of your enemies has rose from the dead and sent off your friends to Magicland while putting each one of them under a spell. The spells that your friends have been placed under are, Dylan becoming a talking bush, Denzil has been turned into ice, Grand Dizzy has been placed into the backwards mirror world, Dora has been turned into a frog, Dozy has been placed into a deep sleep, and lastly Daisy has become huge.
While all your friends have been cast under a spell you are traveling in attempt to set everything straight with the world again. You will be traveling through many areas by walking, jumping, and flipping through various screens while collecting some items on the way to assist you with everything. Throughout the game you will encounter people who may be able to assist you with some information. It is best to talk to people as much as possible, just in case they have some information that could be used.
Once you have got to Magicland you will be attempting to defeat your mortal enemy to save your friends from the spells they have been placed under. Defeating your enemy will be hard, but
in the long run it will definitely be worth all the effort.
Magicland Dizzy is not too difficult of a game. There are parts throughout the game that will be more difficult then others, but that will vary on the area you are in. The hardest part in the entire game is of course the battle between you and your enemy Zaks, but this is at the end so you do have a lot of time to get good at the game before you have an encounter with him.
The game has been designed in a platform aspect. This allows the graphical detail to be good, but still have an impact on the success of the game. The graphics do have some detail for each platform screen that allow this game to be appealing in the graphical aspect, but games don’t overly rely on the details when they have a good plot.
Magicland Dizzy is a superb game for all ages. Your level of knowledge for the game will increase while you get further along in the game. This allows you to get to the ending of the game with less difficulty and complete the game a little better than you would with zero experience. The game can be quite addicting and exciting throughout the entire game. There are so many unexpected happenings during the game that you will surely enjoy yourself the entire time. Magicland Dizzy is a great game that all gamers should experience once or twice, maybe more depending on their preference for games.
