The aspect of the game is to get as many properties as possible while stating out of debt. You will travel around the board in a turn based game landing on various board places. The board has different spaces like properties, utilities, railroads, chance, community chess, free parking, jail, income tax, and of course go. Each and every single one of these will affect your game in a certain way.

While traveling around the board you will land on these various places. When you land on a property if not owned already you will have the option to purchase it. If it has been purchased already you will have to pay the fee for rent. Eventually if you own all the properties with the same colors you will have the option to buy houses and then after you’ve purchased four houses you can put a hotel on each of the properties. When you are starting to put buildings on your properties your rent will sky rocket in the pricing. This is when the game will get interesting. Be careful though, if another player is doing the same thing, you could land on their properties and loose everything.
Monopoly Deluxe is a game that does require a bit of strategizing. You are attempting to own pretty much the entire game board while keeping a good lump sum of money. This can be a very difficult task but once you get further in the game and more players’ start falling out of the game you will begin to get all those beautiful properties. The game is pretty similar to the original Monopoly other than the graphical changes that have been done. The game has now been designed with more detail to the gaming board so that it looks very realistic to the actual board game. The colors have been brightening up a bit, and the animation of your players moving from space to space has had a little upgrade.
Overall, this game is great for the entire family. It is simple to play, you still get to manage your money and it is a great learning experience mathematically. Even though the game does all the math work for you, throughout the game you can challenge your young ones and get them to figure things out on their own. With the game being very simple in game play this game is definitely a great family game.
