Fuck Quest reminds me of the good old days when I was about 10 years old and trying to sneak in a quick game of Leisure Suit Larry on my dads computer without getting caught. As a whole, it is very basic, but that’s not to say it’s not fun though.
You start out as a loser standing out front of his apartment, hell-bent on scoring with a girl. You can achieve this by charming her in various ways, such as giving her flowers or playing her some music. Also fun and amusing is the constant smut that shows up throughout the game. This includes a man masturbating to a billboard and the owner of a porn shop getting fellatio whilst a gigantic dildo sits at the back of his shop.
The first time I played this game I think it took me all of about five minutes to finish, but I’ll talk about the end of the game a little later… But going back over the game for a second of third run simply let me know of all the different avenues that could be taken throughout the course of the game, however short it is. The controls to the game are very basic. You control the character with the arrow keys on your keyboard and all actions performed are by typing commands, e.g. Look, Talk, Open, Use, etc, etc.
The commands given are basically the same as some of the more mainstream games that use this control function, i.e. Leisure Suit Larry, Space Quest. It’s fairly basic and to do what needs to be done in the game is easy as there are no complex actions to perform. Graphics to the game are very old school; however the graphics at the end of the game are surprisingly good. Ok, so you’ve finally charmed a girl enough for her to take you to her place. My first thought is with the close up shots of the girl’s faces. They look a little bit too manly.
Anyway, then after being presented with a few options, you get to proceed to engage in sexual congress in various positions controlling your disembodied penis with you PC’s mouse. Now, this is where I think the graphics were surprisingly good. I won’t go into any detail about it; I think its best you find out the rest for yourself!
Overall, Fuck Quest is a good, short and fun game that you can sit down and kill an hour or two with every son often.
