Lady Love is a challenging little Japanese Hentai game that combines elements of puzzle and strategy, all with a sexy erotic theme.
At the beginning of Lady Love, the user will have a choice of selecting one of six girls in a flirty, but soft core pose. Most of the girls are in revealing tops or their underwear. The game then cuts to a blacked out, shadowy view of the girl…all young Japanese cuties…on a separate screen. This screen is surrounded by a bright, glowing green border. At the bottom center of the screen, on the boarder, is a bright green cursor. This can be moved around the border, as if it were a track, by using the arrow keys for direction.
Dancing around the center of the blacked out photograph is a spider or a fly. As one would guess by their gruesome appearance, these will be the user’s rivals. The goal of the game is to uncover, or fill in, the pictures of the girls. By guiding the green cursor away from the insects, the user can begin to carve out pieces of the puzzle. The user must hold the shift key, and the cursor will begin to flash pink. That is how the gamer can tell the cursor is active and in danger. When the cursor is pink, it can move from the track and make a line across the puzzle field. It is safe again when it is back touching the green outside track. If the user manages to draw a line…straight, zig-zagged or whatever, between two green points, the area of the puzzle that he sectioned off with the line will fill in and become a lifelike photograph. The goal of the game is to uncover the entire puzzle and view the sexy pose that the girl is in. After a section becomes live, the green border moves in, encircling only what is yet to be uncovered.
Sounds easy enough if it weren’t for those rotten insects. As the user’s lines juts out away from the green track, the fly or spider will drift closer and closer to the user. If the bug touches the red line that the user is drawing to form his section, the user “dies” and loses a cursor. Therefore, users will often find themselves darting out to block off tiny little sections, instead of great big chunks that immediately reveal the girls. As more of the photo is revealed, the user will have a harder time dodging the insects, since the playing field shrinks. It is very easy to get greedy and try making it to the far edge when the cursor is really close. This is a good way to lose cursors. The game is designed for small sections at a time, in order to effectively tease the user along.
In short, this is an interesting strategy/puzzle game, made more interesting by the lure of pretty girls waiting beneath the unrevealed puzzle. Good Luck!
