Paradise heights 2 follows on from the original Paradise heights game, a fantastic role playing anime game filled with fantastic graphics and an in-depth storyline. You follow the role of Keigo, a recently graduated university student who has recently acquired a job at one of Japan's top video game programming companies (in which he is one of the companies top and most promising code designers), whilst he also helps his Uncle with the running the 'Paradise heights' complex of apartments, which are inhabited by a wide range of female friends with whom Keigo has had several encounters with in the previous Paradise Heights installment, as well as his lazy but helpful best friend.
A new tenant has moved in, a young, timid and shy girl, who happens to be the sister of Keigo's female boss! The plot is expertly intertwined into itself, with different twists and random events occurring all of the time. The story follows his quest to find love in his various day to day activities, facing the troubles of dealing with jealous female admirers and work mates, as well as having to discover the source of a series of leaks that have spilt the secrets of the code he has been writing for a fantastic new video game to a rival competitor.
Whilst Keigo is set on simply having a lot of fun and not getting into trouble, he constantly finds himself draw into it by his three main female admirers who constantly battle over his affection, both with verbal and physical manipulations, drawing Keigo into a tricky situation in which he has to carefully attempt to pry himself out of the hole that he has fallen into without causing to much harm to the girls that have fallen for him.
This game is in fluent English, is extremely easy to understand and play (which is more than I can say for many of the anime games on the market these days) and one can also easily save their game at any stage, allowing for easy retrieval of data if it is required, so that an avid gamer can pick up wherever they left off. Possible the only criticism of this game would be the short amount of time in which it can be completed.
A lot of fun for any anime gaming enthusiast, sure to keep you riveted to the screen until the final events in the game have been unfolded.

good game. . . worth downloading~ takes alot of time to read though.must have abit of patience. but overall is still good. but kinda lack the interactive part as mostly you just click to go to the next text or part of the game and continue reading. mostly like a book. so thats a part to take note if you do not have alot of time then don't play this. takes abit at least more than half an hour. =)Hmooz (06/28/2007)

Paradise Heights 2 runs under Windows XP/2000/98/95. Don't use DOSBox for it.
1) Extract the gamefiles to your harddrive (c:\paradise2)
2) Run "rakuen2.reg"
3) To start the game run Rakuen2.exe
When it says "Put Paradise Heights2 into the CD-ROM drive", make sure that there is no cd in the drive and click "Retry". |
