Game Review (written by Carterjohnson25) Added on: 09/21/2007
Post nuclear war fallout game. There is trouble between the mutants the humans. A delegate is needed to stop the war before it ever happens. This is your job. You get to choose between a Strong Mutant, a Human or a Half Mutant human woman. Each has their own specialties. For the most part though the game place is identical for every character. Your quest is to seek out the other cities, talk to as many people as possible and stop the war.
The game place is confusing as certain people only appear during certain times of the day in each city and in certain areas.

get info from the right person at the right time and place and then relate that to another person at the correct time and place. This can be tricky and I believe slightly too complicated as the monotony of visiting each place at every time of day and re-talking to people seems to distract more than add to the game play. But for what ever reason, the game is addicting. Make your map out the realm using your satscan or you will go crazy.
The game play is driving from a small window located inside a TV screen. Here you are looking down at your character and his immediate surroundings. This only takes up about half 1/3 of the screen. The rest of the screen is just filler. Your life line is displayed in a bottle that is almost the size of the map. Assuming this was done as back in the day, a full screen map was too much overhead. You move with the arrow keys and fire with the space bar. You have several options (T) talk, (I) for inventory, (O) other which includes Save and game mode, wimp or warrior, (U) for use.
The realm is huge and it is easy to get lost. There are devices you can find in some of the cities though that will help you navigate. There are many monsters that will give you ammo, food, and health when killed. But be careful to know who the good and bad guys are.
Your quest will take you looking an oracle, rescuing a village leader from a slave camp, underground subway travel, human cities where mutants are used as slaves ands conspiracies are a dime a dozen, saving prisoners and making friends and enemies.
Best of luck.
