I would rate this game: 5/10. The graphics were excellent for it's time. It is full of hidden surprises, nooks and crannies, and of course...Murder! Yes, it's true. Like for instance the chandlilier could fall on you. You could fall off a balcony. You know the usual. Anyway, there are also a wide range of characters to talk with. The game is separated into acts. For example: act 1 or act 2. You need to complete certain tasks before the murders will begin.

I'd play this game. It's awesome! If you don't, you don't know what you’re
missing. Be sure to search the house for passageways and crannies. There are many of them in the colonel’s manor. Lora is just like Nancy Drew, a detective. She investigates murders and such. She is always stumbling up onto cases somehow. Don't ask how, she always happens to be there when it happens. This game is set up very thoroughly and uniquely. It also contains blood, you know what I mean. Be sure to pick up books from bookshelves and look at paintings. Who knows what’s behind them or it...I'm not saying there are monsters in the game, through! Just murder. Each character will be murdered every act, I recall.
So keep your wits about you! A wily killer still may be on the loose! The game isn't actually that hard. There are a few puzzles involved, of course. Every game has puzzles. If you hate puzzles as much as I do, you'd be crying right now!
Don't forget, everyone is a suspect! You'll get a few frights here and there, like start shaking in your seat wondering if you should go into this room or that. But, it's really the same with all mystery games, isn’t it? Well enjoy the game!
