He is convinced he is safe in his home with his dog and with a security system installed. One evening, Helmut invites his friend Les to his home. When Les arrives to his friend’s home he discovers that bean man has been kidnapped!
This is where the game begins. As the
character Les, You must save your teeny-weeny friend Helmut who has been kidnapped but first you must find clues as to who is behind his kidnapping and where he was taken. Saving your friend Helmut also means solving the current kidnapping mystery in Hollywood.
With you is a map of Hollywood. At the start of the game, you will be given access to only the following locations: the beach, the paramount studio, a Theater, the lamp post and a shop. To get to where you want to go on the map you must click on your map. This game will have you interacting with different interesting characters. They will give you different tasks or clues so that you can find your way to Helmut. You will also need to solve some puzzles along the way. Later on, there will be more places to explore and you will be given more maps for this.
The game is actually fairly easy to play as you just need to follow the instructions or clues that are given to you by the characters that you interact with. When you follow the instructions, you will be given another clue to follow and another one until you complete each area in the map. The game is actually pretty linear.
The controls are pretty easy to manage. You just use your mouse to move your character. When you move your mouse over the screen and the cursor turns into a question mark when you move it over an item or a character on the screen, this means you can interact with the character or the item. It’s easy to move the inventory and to save and load the game.
Over-all it is a fun adventure game that anyone can play and enjoy.
