Aladdin is a good game for the young and old alike. You start out in Agra bah as Aladdin battling your way through the city, and into the desert. This is one of the first games I played as a child, when I was about 4 years old. It was a good game then and now. Throughout the game you will experience many traps and difficulties (if you can find him, some levels have a street peddler who will sell you things like extra lives).

In between levels you get to play a sort of "slots" mini game where you can win things to help you out in the next level. And sometimes (if your lucky), you will get to play a special mini-game
as Abu!
The game was developed by Virgin Interactive and released to the public in 1993. It is very similar to other Disney games, which is not a bad thing and is in fact a good thing! It is definitely a must play in my book. When I played this game as a kid, it was on the SEGA Genisis, and I probably played it EVERY day. There was a cheat for this game, though I don't remember what it does. I haven't played the game in many years but I'm sure I still remember it. As to where you enter it at, I don't remember either. Anyway the cheat is a, b, right, a, c, a, down, a, b, right, a. It is actually an easy cheat to remember because if "right" were to stand for the letter "R" and if "down" were to stand for the letter "D", then the cheat would read, "Abra Cadabra". I think it might be a level select cheat.
At first the levels will seem very similar to scenes from the Disney movie (which you may or may not have seen), but there are some levels in the game that I don't recall being in the movie, unless... Did Aladdin go into Genie's lamp in the movie? Anyway, there is a level that is very twisted in this game and that is inside Genie's lamp. Personally, I have never beaten that level, and it would make me so freaking mad that I couldn't beat that level because it was so bizarre.
So I'll try to sum this up. Aladdin is a good game, if you haven't tried it then you should. Overall I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars, a 7 out of 10 ranking, and 2 and a half thumbs up.
