Many of you know Arnie from a lot of his cool action movies, and although this game isn't based off of one of his movies, I feel that this game can sometimes bring back that old army shoot 'em up games of that time. This is the sequel to the Amiga/ C64 platform game Arnie made in 1992, but unlike in the previous title, this Arnie game has been developed by Zeppelin. I remember playing Arnie 2 when I was about 12 years old, and I liked the feeling in the game when pretty much every level was crawling with enemies, which for the most part were just soldiers.
I also enjoyed the weapons you could obtain in the game, be it just you and your trusty pistol, or you being loaded with the colt commando and Uzi.
I enjoyed the great detail in this game, be it that you are running around in the jungles releasing prisoners, avoiding landmines, blowing' up everything with grenades and showing who's boss, or sneaking on to a naval ship only to be found, so you just have to pull out your colt commando, dual Uzis, your old trusty pistol, and grenades and watch 'em cower in fear and hide in the air vents.
Whether you've seen any of the movies
with Arnie or not, I think this game is a must have for anyone who likes the oldie shoot 'em ups. I would give this game 4 out of 5.
