Game Review (written by Lunytoonz22) Added on: 04/09/2007
It is very, in certain ways, similar to Donkey Kong, where the game involves your character the explorer, and an annoying so called ape, and about a dozen or more obstacles, and other fun and exciting things, that come tumbling down out of nowhere at you.
In the game, you play an explorer who gets his revenge on the ape for lighting his tent on fire and burning it down, and making him angry to the point where he screams.
To do this, he must get to where the ape is standing at that time in the game. You must dodge the obstacles by moving the explorer either left or right with the keypad. The ape isn't going to make things any easier for the explorer to reach him, as he has to avoid and dodge coconuts that the ape throws at him or if dodged at him, just to make sure that the ape remains safe, he has three wonderfully annoying little monkeys to help keep guard over the ape, and if our explorer gets at anytime in their way, they will slow your characters progress down extremely. Which at times can be very annoying. So try yourself hardest to avoid the three monkeys keeping guard over the ape. Which in all honesty can be very difficult especially if you make the wrong move time to time.
After the explorer finally has his chance to get to the ape, the ape manages to run away to a place called Lake Lazy to hang out and warm himself up in front of the fire, hanging around waiting for the explorer to make it across the huge lake full of lilies, hippos, and fish by leaping and jumping onto either the fish, hippos, or lilies. After the explorer makes it through all the dangers of the lake, you can say the ape gets what he finally deserves which I will keep a secret so that all new game players may find out for themselves. When the explorer comes in contact with any dangers or falls down into the gaps or drowns in the water, then he dies and his spirit gets taken to heaven.
These are a few levels in this fun, wonderful, and just very enjoyable game. So if you liked Donkey Kong you will certainly love this game. Not the hardest challenge but just all around fun and an easy way to kill some time. So if you got some time to kill, download this game and play for hours and hours on end.
