I got this game in a box of captain crunch cereal and played it. It starts off with Captain crunch not having enough "crunchium" for his delicious capt. crunch cereal. He goes to his "crunchium" collector and finds no problem. Thus he must go underground. He goes under ground and finds a group of crunchium thieves who are enslaving crunchlings and making them harvest all the crunchium. Capt. crunch makes a deal with the crunchium thieves to get his crunchium back.
Thus the adventure begins.
Capt. crunch sends a message to all the kids who love his cereal to help raise crunchlings and train them in speed agility and strength. Thus your part begins. You have to feed, love and train your crunchling. Food and love need are represented by bars at the top of the screen. You feed your crunchling capt. crunch cereal (what else) by selecting one of the three tubes up at the top left corner of the screen. You give love to your crunchling by tickling (move in close until your cursor becomes a feather) and click, or click and drag them around the screen.
Their trainable abilities are shown at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The training is essentially 3 separate

mini games that you play to increase the stat. for speed you’re whisked away to backwardia to compete in a wacky skateboarding race. You have to doge all sorts of obstacles from hot dog carts to fire hydrants. For jumping capt. crunch takes you to computica. Basically you move around and try to get to the top of the level by jumping on floating platforms that look like computer parts, side note (the graphics in this part are pretty good however my computer at the time was much slower so I could never complete the course in less than around 2-3 minutes. For strength you’re whisked away to a prehistoric type world where you have to throw rocks (funny they look like pieces of capt. crunch cereal) at boulders and dinosaurs that appear on the screen. As you complete these various "training" exercises your crunchling begins to grow. They have in total 3 stages baby, teenager, and full size. This game sort of reminds me of those tamagotchie toys that everyone HAD in the late 90s.
