It has been a long time since I have played this game as I was at a very young age when I played it for the Sega Master System. I revisited it for the sake of this review and found it to be quite a challenging and sometimes very annoying game. As it is on the Master System you cannot expect much for graphics so I would say that the Indiana Jones Sprite looks good enough, the backgrounds are vibrant and the enemies are ruthless.

You start in a cave very much like the movie and are left to climb ropes, jump ledges and battle guards using your fists and your trusty whip. For a game of that time on this console I
would give it a 8/10 as it is very challenging but fulfilling and fun at the same time.
The story follows the movie almost exactly, but at the start you would expect it to be young Indy exploring the caves but it is still the normal Indy which is kind of a continuity error but I guess you can't expect much from this and many other old systems. The first level shows Indy exploring caves, the second on the train and so on following the action from the movie.
