Game Review (written by Mrpig1239) Added on: 05/11/2008
This is a very cool game with plenty of options! I had a lot of fun playing this but very sadly this did not last for a very long time at all. The game does seem to get boring after just a few days but when you first play it feel pretty good!
The sound track is very bland and there is not much to like but it is quite acceptable. One of the levels is very catchy (the white house) but the others are pretty sub par.

There is a nice amount of options. Team match is nice since you can play with friends turn by turn by turn by turn. And capture the flag is pretty fun too. But single player can get a little bit lonely

after time. Although fun.
The original lemmings was quite fun, since all did was give things jobs and have them ,fly swim, mine, parachute and even kill themselves. Not to say you can't do these in this game, but giving the fun creatures guns and making them shoot each other kind of feels out of place.
The game takes a while to get into, since there is no tutorial. So for the first few matches you will be shooting clueless wondering what on earth to do. Not to mention it lacks a story mode - and since its war, it would have made sense.
Multyplayer is what makes this game good though and its not much fun without it. Taking turns to shoot each other with a range of guns is extremely fun (even though fuzzy creatures shouldn't be allowed fire arms).
Overall I thought that Lemmings at war is a really fun even if it doesn't amuse for that long. So give it a go even it you find you don't like it. But if you liked the series "Worms" You should enjoy this game alot.
In conclusion I would give this game a 4.0 out of 5. You should really give it a go!
