Madness Combat
Madness combat began as a flash series, as more viewers engaged in its depictions of the old ultra violence, a game began to take shape. I downloaded this game on a whim after watching the popular flash videos. The simple controls take no effort to get the hang of, and the throw able item feature was most amusing as well, if you run out of ammo, simply throw your weapon at the enemy.
Ai in the game was somewhat lacking, but made up for it with diverse enemy appearance. Enemies come in different classes as well, you have the henchmen, ninjas, and boss enemies like Jesus. Madness Combat comes with different playing features as well, including survival, knife throwing, laser blasting, which when practiced, can heighten
the player's skill. Weapons come in a wide variety, you can use a plethora of nasty boomsticks to dismember your enemies. Handguns, shotguns, smgs, assault rifles, and grenade launchers only make up a portion of the weapons a player can choose from.
A few things that could have made the game more entertaining could be a more soundtrack with more than one song, more customization options for the character, and the stages could be longer with more of them. Graphics were neither a high or low point, the fps moves smoothly, on high resolution the game looks fine and crisp. Sound quality was great, the thudding boom through my sub of gunshots and explosions.
Madness Combat is quite a violently gory game, but if it bothers you, you can just turn off the blood. A multiplayer would have been entertaining, assuming you’re a diehard fan of Madness Combat and you have friends that are too. All in all, it's your basic arcade side scrolling shooter, with a few new gimmicks and gadgets. But if you’re looking for a game to express your anger or frustration in pure unbridled carnage and decapitation, this will mostly definitely appeal to you.

Madness Combat could have been more than it turned out to be, so, I guess we'll keep on hoping for an update to a newer version.
