Pac PC 2 who hasn’t played it. If you haven’t played it before download it. It is very addictive. The time just flies by when you play it. It is a classic 1980s arcade game. The object of the game is to go through the mazes collecting (or should I say eating) the dots on the screen. When you finish collecting the dots you advance to the next level. It sounds too easy at the moment because I haven’t explained about the bad guys yet.

It sounds too easy at the moment because I haven’t explained about the bad guys yet. Meet Blinky (the red one), Pinky (the pink one of course), Inky (the blue one) and Clyde (the orange one). They might look like four cute little ghosts with big eyes but if
you touch them there goes a life. So please don’t go near them or you will have a very short game. If you want to turn the table around and make the hunted become the hunter. Just collect a big old power pill and you can eat them too. When you do their cute little faces turn dark blue and they don’t look too happy when you do. So they look a bit funny. I almost forgot, if you see a piece of fruit in the middle of the screen collect it to get bonus points.
There are a few games that are similar a Pac PC 2. One is Caterpillar Pac-man. The player is a caterpillar and instead of ghosts as the enemies, you have to avoid spiders. Another one is Piranha. The player is a munching fish and instead of a maze, there is a coral reef. The bad guys are squids. Lock’n’Chase was another game like Pac PC 2. The player is a thief collecting (or should I say stealing) coins (shown as the dots around the maze). They call the maze a vault, which you can temporarily close the passages with doors but only two doors can be closed at once. The enemies are the Super D policemen called Stiffy, Scaredy, Smarty and Silly. All of these games were released in the early 1980s too.
Back to Pac PC 2 now. The graphics are simple but all the graphics were in the 1980s. So it was very good for it’s time. The music is good and simple. So it suits the game. I first played this game when I was a young child and I enjoyed it a lot. So I highly recommend this game for children and for adults young at heart. It is so easy to play and you won’t have the kids asking for help like they do in so many games today.
