Pac-Man for all those who have blown quarters in the past in the arcade just trying to get that next banana to get the latest high score this game brings back tons of memories, and dare I say never gets old. Almost a straight port of the old arcade goodness we all came to know and love this version will leave those people happy from beginning to end.
Obviously unless you’re a person who packs a hardcore joystick that’s computer compatible some of the old feel will be gone replaced with a new movement scheme.

Obviously unless you’re a person who packs a hardcore joystick that’s computer compatible some of the old feel will be gone replaced with a new movement scheme. After adjusting though its straight back to the strangely addicting formula of getting those next pellets, destroying the ghosts, and inevitably achieving the temporary fame of getting
the high score.
For those people who have never played Pac-Man the general concept is easy to pick up on and easy to play as well. You are Pac-Man a pellet crazed circle with a mouth who wants nothing more than to get his daily fill of dots before retiring and returning to the next map. So you start on a map filled with around a hundred little dots and your job, obviously, is to collect them all. However, there are a team of four ghosts, Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Sue, who will stop at nothing to destroy Pac-Man on his quest to eat.
Along with the little dots our hero must collect are several larger dots that are commonly referred to as power pellets. These power pellets essentially make Pac-Man invincible, turning the ghosts a sickly shade of blue, signifying that upon coming in contact with them, Pac-Man will eat them for an increasing amount of points as long as the power pellet lasts. After a couple seconds the ghosts will return to their home in the center to be re-released to wreck havoc on our hero. Eating the ghosts and collecting the dots, combined with eating a differing array of real food, is how Pac-Man achieves getting points, bringing you closer to the high score.
All in all Pac-Man is a classic incredibly enjoyable game and should be picked up by everyone whether you’re a fan from its creation, or someone who’s wondering why a semi-circle eating ghost is cool.
