I first played this game about 3-4 years ago and boy what a ride. You have guys shooting at you, laying mines. This game is crazy and insane. I found that after I had read the manual on the controls it is better to play. Over all I would give it a 6/10. It is a game set in a criminal environment, there are people in gangs and things gust shooting and killing each other.
It is crazy to play, just tap the accelerator and you’re going fast, hold it down and you can’t see a thing just about you’re going so fast it is amazing.
Fortunately you are not alone on the road you have your own weapon for destruction, your car. Just not any ordinary car, but it has weapons.
You start off with just basic machine guns but upgrade to bigger and better weapons. You also can buy the much needed shielding in this game because without it you don’t last long. The idea is to rough the streets and eventually a person will stop you and a message will come on the screen asking if you can give them a ride. If you give people taxi rides in return they give you money. To get them to their destination you can use a map or this direction thing that tells you where to go.
You then use the money to buy ammo guns or repairs.
The other people on the road are destructive, they drop mine (you can bounce and I think it makes the mines damage have no affect if you bounce right) and shoot you. They are also a pain because you always crash into them. They are not the only trouble though. There are guys on the road throwing grenades at you and automatic rocket launcher things shooting rockets every few seconds.
Sometimes you will come across people who are getting a ride from you. You cannot stop at the right destination because they keep on changing their destination. So you have to eject them out and find a new person to taxi around.
The graphics are fairly old and not exactly the clearest but you can see where you’re going if you’re not going too fast. It probably takes a bit of getting used to as well. It is a really old game and can run low mg video card and won’t take much ram to run.
I don’t know any games that are like this game. It is just one of those classic old games. It is a classic game drive and shoot.
