Quarantine 2: Road Warrior is a very good sequel to Quarantine by GameTek. I remember it was the first game that I played with a vast 3D open environment; it was huge to me back in the 90’s. Who doesn’t love a great road kill game? The only downside to Road Warrior is that the gameplay didn’t change much at all but again that could be good in its way as you are familiar from the first one in the series. Quarantine 2: Road Warrior to me is still an excellent adventure to play.

You are still playing the same old character, that hasn’t changed, you still play good old Drake Edgewater trying to drive your cab out of the hellish Kemo City sometime
in the future. To be able to make your escape you accept assignments from OmniCorp but in this one you don’t actually have to make money just complete a successful mission. But I don’t think OmniCorp has any intentions to help you gain your freedom as a matter of fact the leader of the company wants revenge and will be keeping his eye on you.
Unlike the first Quarantine in Quarantine 2: Road Warrior you are told what people to pick up and to take them to a predetermined location to advance in the levels of play. Some of your missions are pretty par for the course destroying something or killing someone but this game has a nice dark, cynical sense of humour thrown in, some missions are rather bizarre, but I don’t want to give up too much of the fun for you, it’s best to see for yourself.
With Quarantine 2: Road Warrior the big difference is with the missions, at times it seems that there are missions inside missions, which is great because it allows for hours of good play time, the graphics in each one are different which is nice too and they are great graphics. The gore scenes are just that gory, very gory and bloody it is not a game for anyone who is squeamish or doesn’t want to play with violent action sequences.
If you want to have hours of good action and want to take a wild ride in a futuristic cab then I dare you to download Quarantine 2: Road Warrior. No really, I highly recommend it if you enjoy a really fast paced game driving a simulated hover cab and absolutely love to destroy things that get in your way. It is a worthy download, give it a try.
