Game Review (written by Eric) Added on: 03/25/2008
This video game is an action/ adventure game that is heavily influenced by comic books and the game Magic The Gathering. It’s incredibly interesting because it features different elements from the genre of Science Fiction.
Sanity Aiken Artifact is a game that involves collecting power cards and gaining psionic powers that can then be used on the opponents. The game is about Cain, an African-American who has great psionic powers. He has been given special training since he was a child to defeat criminals of superhuman attributes.
Cain may have strong psionic powers but he has problems dealing with other people. The game is great because it presents interesting social scenarios. You can interact with other characters, and you can interact with each character differently to gain the desired result. The kind of powers that Cain can do can also be mind-blowing so the game really gets your adrenaline pumping.
Cain works for a government funded organization. You need to control Cain through a series of missions. These missions are pretty varied and interesting so you can expect to spend countless hours of fun playing the game. Some missions are easy to complete while there are also some parts of the game that are difficult to finish. The game features some seriously challenging puzzles that really make the game more fun and interesting.
The graphics of the game is good as well as the sounds. The game is fast-paced so it’s impossible for anyone to get bored with the game. It is relatively easy to master the game though so this does not have as high a replay value as the other action/ adventure games that are easy to learn, but difficult to master.
The game will really create a fantastic first impression for gamers who also love comic books and the card game Magic the Gathering. The game is so cool that even those who are not particularly into comic books and such will enjoy the game. The game also features some wicked sense of humour that definitely adds value to the game.
Overall, I’d say this is a great game that is worth your time and your effort. You will have a great time with it until you finish it.
