This game you play Kyle, the South Park character, and you go through the worlds just like you would do on the Super Mario games. The game is quite the same, and that makes it a classic, and a flashback to your younger days of when you were a kid. Especially for me, because I remember playing the Super Mario games when I was 4. This game is pretty much the same, except you don't play Mario, you play a South Park character.
This game was made back in 2000, so it has seven years under it's belt, and I have talked to many people, and well they enjoy this game, Especially the ones who do not have a Nintendo anymore. The graphic are the same as a Nintendo graphics were. The gameplay is the same, and it is nothing like these other Mario games that people created, it has actually stayed like the Nintendo version, and I am not putting down the other Mario games people have created either, those are fun too.
The sound is the same also. It has the same sounds they had in the Super Mario Bros games. The music is the same as the original Super Mario Bros music, and if you do not know what that sounds like, well you better find it on the internet to listen to.
The controls are a lot different then the Nintendo version of course, this is a PC game, not a NES game. They are very easy to configure, and you can configure them by yourself on this game. This game is a must have for anyone who enjoys playing games people have created, and games that bring back memories of the days when Super Mario was one of the greatest games ever made. Something that would be really cool to see, would be a version of this game actually brought out to buy, for Consoles and PC.
If I had to give a score out of 10 on this game I would give it a 9 out of 10, because it is near perfect, but sometimes the game does get old, and you may need to take a break from playing it a little. SouthPark Mario Bros is one Freeware classic that I will always have fun playing, and a game that everyone should have fun with.

This is a really cool game if your a fan of the original Super Mario Brothers. It's pretty much the same game just with South Park Characters. I played through this a while back and it was fun. This game is a classic. I thought it to be genius to put two completely different genres of two awesome all time favorites together. I laughed, I pounced, I play it again from time to time. If you’re ever bored, pop this one in your comp. It's a great time killer. (10/08/2006)
