Super Mario XP is a great continuation of the Super Mario series. I have played several Super Mario games, begin with the original Nintendo Versions, and this has no short comings. The graphics of this game are quite good, however, the game interactions and story itself is by far the best quality. What's not to love about Mario? I got this game because it was a Mario game, and I love them, and this one did not disappoint me. Again, as with any Mario series, you run the risk of the same old, same old.

It is great. Not as good as the original Mario games, but it is pretty sweet. It is a high-class, well made computer game that is quite challenging. I consider myself a Mario master, but this took longer than just one sitting. Then again, I don't have much time anymore. Anyway, you better be prepared for some long game play. There are a few glitches, which are a draw back, and you can die randomly some times, but overall, this is a lot of fun. The music is sweet (opening is from Castlevania II) and it is a lot of fun, once you get into it. Some basic things to know: Super attacks can be performed by pressing Z (costing 10-20 hearts) and super jump can be performed by holding up before jumping. Some people complain about the graphics and say that it is a poor game. COME ON, it’s Mario! This game is better than most other free ware, and I got seriously addicted to it. It is such a good blend of Castlevania and Mario, and harkens back to a simpler time, a more Mario time. An A++++ game, I rate this ten out of ten, two thumbs up. Stop reading this and go play this game. Right now. I mean it. Unless you hate Mario. You don't hate Mario, do you? Trust me, this game is great. It has everything a good Mario game should have and more. I could go on and on, but come on, the game speaks for itself. If you don't believe me, go play that game. Honestly, anyone who has played this game cannot say that it is a bad game. Get over the graphics and start play. Have fun!
