The game isn’t really that challenging to play. All you have to do is go around town and find the cards and there all marked of where there at on your map. The only thing that challenges you is trying to find them in the area the map points to. You have to have very sharp eyes to play this game because some of these cards are very well hidden. When you walk on the streets you'll see people of Springfield walking by like you see them on TV. There are several places you can enter like the house of Flanders, the home of Homer, Nuclear Plant, Kiwk E-mart, Krusty Studios, the place where Abe is and a lot more places. You check out the things and try to find things so you can advance in the game. There are a lot of collectible cards which have their own picture on it and description.
The graphics look very good, it's almost you're walking in the TV show. You have to search things to advance in the game, it could take ages or you just can use a walkthrough and beat the game in a few hours. There's nothing new when you replay it. The most fun part of the game is when you explore the nuclear power plant. When you eat Homer's donuts or smash the control panel at his desk. Or try to be eaten by the bear when Burns pushes his buttons or to be suck somewhere.
This game had some potential. Of course from a tour game you can't expect all that much, but they could have given you a better quest, more locations, and probably better animation. You can dress this game up with flashy graphics, full voice by the cast, and a decent script, but the gameplay kills this for any player, fan or not. Any Simpsons fan will want to play this, but once you used this tour service to see Springfield, you won't be going back again.
