Wow...I had never even heard of this game before, then I downloaded it and my daughter will not stop playing it. It's really helping her math skills and it's even kind of a guilty pleasure for me! I definitely recommend! Math has always been a struggle for her, she was much more into other things but she will not stop playing this game! At first she didn't want to have anything to do with it, saying normal kids do not do lame things like play a math game of the computer.
She really didn't like that it was "old," as if 1992 is old. Then she played it one time, and then another, and another, and now she can not stop. It's quite the educational experience so I don't feel bad about letting her play and play and play. The graphics are as to be expected but quite enjoyable. If you have kids or just want to play something that you don't really have to think about, this is the game for you. I really don't know what else to say except that it is a super fun game that can be enjoyed by all. I remembered it from a friend years ago and when I saw it on here I just couldn't

resist. It was probably a really bad idea because now I get nothing done except for playing on this stinking computer. It is not quite as cool as the Super Solvers Series but it can stand on its own two feet. I really like that you can use a mouse in play, it makes it easier for my daughter. The game, Merlin Math, teaches the basics of algebra, which is what my daughter is now learning. It has even helped me brush up on math, all of which I thought I had forgotten. But seriously folks, if your child (or yourself, come on, admit it) wants to learn more or just brush up on long forgotten skills, then this is the game for you. It is much shorter than a normal game would be, but apparently that is because it was initially a demo game for something called Penguin chocolates? I've never heard of that but let me tell you, this game is ridiculously fun and a great way to waste time that I don't have. I was hooked from the first time I played. It is simple, it is easy, it is educational and still it is most definitely fun. I recommend it to everyone.
