As for this game I loved it when I played it in junior high. It was very educational and I even remember we had to do assignments related to this game. It’s amazing how games like, “Where in America's Past is Carmen Sandiego?” revolutionized the educational gaming community. It makes perfect sense games are fun for kids and if it teaches them as well then it pleases parents and teachers.

In this game I can remember I never did catch Carmen Sandiego she is a very elusive character. However, I was very pleased with the awesome graphics; well they were good graphics for the time this game was made. Also, I can say if you learn just some of the information in this game you will eventually
get a question right if you ever play jeopardy. Also, this game really teaches American History which a lot of people don’t really know or understand. American might not have the history of Europe has but that is mainly because America is a much younger country but the history in America is still very interesting.
Out of all the Carmen Sandiego game series this game is definitely in my top three. It has not just facts about where Carmen Sandiego can be but this game brings in a different aspect as to where and when can Carmen Sandiego be. Of course Carmen is as elusive as ever in this game as well and it really hard to catch her but if anything else you start to remember facts you learned in elementary school that you forgot, but in this action filled educational game you start to remember things which makes it even more fun.
Lastly, this game was very good for its time. Of course in the world we live in today graphics and game play have changed so much that everyone has very high expectations. However, if you just want to have a little fun with a game that you know you have played in your past and want to re-live some of those childhood memories this is the game. You get to see the old screenshots of different parts in time in American History. You get to track down all those evil thieves that work with Carmen Sandiego. You travel to different places and different times. You issue warrants and you bring down the criminals. Eventually it all leads up to the capture of the greatest elusive villain in video game history both past and present Carmen Sandiego!
