Game Review 1 (written by Janepornum) Added on: 03/28/2007
If you have never watched the show, this is how it works: hosted by the handsome Alex Trebek, three contestants compete to win a cash prize. There are 35 questions on a board, 7 categories chosen before the game begins, and 5 questions per category. Every question in a certain category is worth $100, $200, $300, $400, or $500, and the difficulty goes up as such.

Alex will read the question, and the quickest hand to the buzzer has a chance to answer the question.
If correct, he/she can choose the category and value of the next question to be read by Alex and, most importantly, will be awarded the dollar amount of the correctly answered question. If wrong, the player will lose that amount and the remaining two players can choose to buzz in and offer an answer. This goes on for two rounds of questions. There are also special "daily doubles" hidden beneath random questions. Here, the player who selected the category can choose to double his earnings by placing a bet based on his or her confidence within the category. Only that single player can benefit from this question, and other players have to wait for the next normal question to answer and earn more money.

After all the questions are depleted, there is a final double-or-nothing round, where Alex asks a question and each contestant can choose to bet however much they wish to bet from the money that they have accumulated through answering the questions correctly. If a contestant answers the question correctly, he/she gains the amount of money that he/she has bet. If the answer is wrong, he/she will lose that money. At the end of this round, whoever has the most money gets to take home that amount, and come back for the next episode.

Game Review 2 (written by D-man12) Added on: 01/03/2007
Jeopardy! 4th Edition is by far one of the best recreated game show games around. It is defiantly good in graphics and game play. Basically the game show is a show where you answer trivia questions and if you win among the other two competitors you get a nice sum of money. Very recently there was a man by the name of Ken Jennings who actually won more than a million dollars just because he was very smart and intelligent. But you do not have to be a super genius to play the game at home.
Any how you may need to know the rules of Jeopardy to play the game. It is very simple actually. You start of with a board with rows and on each row the numbers are ascending from $200 down to $1000. Above each row there is a subject that will be the general topic of the row you are going to be asked about. Most subjects may have a catchy twist in their name hat is clever and still gives clues to the topic.
The first person then goes on to pick a topic for a certain number $200 being the easiest question and $1000 being super hard. Then the answer will be read aloud and the first person to know the corresponding question and say it as "what is blank" will hit their buzzer as fast as they can and say the answer. Basically the answers are like definitions and you must include what if in you response. If they get this question right they win the money that the answer or clue had behind it and they continue playing until no clues are left or round time runs out and they go to commercial.
Then they will go on to round two, and the clue values are doubled so $1000 then becomes two thousand dollars. They will continue with this style of game play, buzzing in and saying "what is blank" until the no clues are left, or of course the show must go to commercial. Finally they go to final Jeopardy when they wager any sum of their money from zero dollars to however much they have on them at the end in turn for a chance to get a response, which they know the category already, correct. The answer is presented to them and they must get the question. They write down their question and Alex the game show host says the correct answer. Whoever has this correct response will receive the amount of money they actually wagered. Generally the winner goes on to the next show.
This game is really fantastic, addictive and fun! It’s worth downloading! You’ll be so impressed and delighted!

Way better than the previous edition. The interface is much simpler and I can actually answer the questions on time. The old version was weak in that respect. I do like the Alex Trebec graphics.
