I have started playing this game when I was only 10 years old. As a young child flight simulators seemed to be the best thing I could have on my computer (remember there was no Counter Strike back then) and so I purchased as many as my mother could afford.
The First game I had was Aces over Europe which was amazing. I immediately went and bought Aces over the Pacific and enjoyed every minute of it!
My friends always wanted me to go out and play with them, and I would but never if I was in the middle of a mission, and if it would have been an air to air combat I wouldn't even pick-up the phone.

into this game you wouldn’t believe it. As a child it was more than become an ace, it was actually saving the world from a long time forgotten Axis of Evil.
The airplanes that you use are so realistic, the gun fire, stalling I remember was my biggest problem! Due to high maneuvering in air to air battles I was getting them from time to time. Every crash was a devastating blow to my sensitive 10 year old sole.
More than that, to be a part of a flight crew, advance to wingman and then become the leader! Wow what a feeling!
As time went by I forgot about this game, you grow up you know. But whenever I played a simulator this game was on my mind. A week and a half ago I saw "FLYBOYS" my dream to be a fighter pilot almost came true again as I was watching this movie. Today’s fighter pilots aren't the same at ALL! It's much more technology, no fun. Here you make the shot you evade the machine gun fire. It's all YOU not the computer.
The things that I liked the most were the air to air battles. Watching those German airplanes dive down to their deaths. Not being able to defend the NAZI killing and JEW murdering Machine was the best feeling I could have. I know today that if I was there 60 years ago, I would fly for the British air force. And win this war for the good of man kind!
My Scores for the game:
Graphics: 8
Sound: 7
Control: 10 (so easy!!!!!!!!!)
Playability: unbelievable!!!!!
