Game Review (written by Dogswhorule) Added on: 03/19/2007
This game is the coolest game I have ever played. Let me tell you what aegis is first of all a battleship game to where you get to move a fleet and control a fleet also. This game is sort of like submarine 2 but instead you get to use cool battleships. You also have a general which helps you throughout the game that you have chosen.
You get to choose whether or not you want to be a general in this aegis ship war game or you can be a commander which has more control and is able to have a full fleet.
But mostly aegis is a battle game, you have to decide whether or not you want to survive the battle between you and others. Now when you play aegis you have to be careful because your enemy will try to sink your ships with their cannons. The cannons in the game are I would have to say the most damage taking. They create a lot of damage and it only takes a few hits to destroy and wipe out their battletanker or battleship.
It has the power to move and direct your ships anywhere in this game to destroy your enemy. or you can just simply go around in your ship and talk to your cruise mats, order them around

and tell them how to adjust the main ship engines or slow down to a complete stop. The missions in this game are hard but fun, it is a challenge to you and you have to know how and where to attack the enemy on aegis.
Now aegis is a cool battleship game that I would recommend to every single person who likes battle ship games. I hope that this encourages you and your friends to play aegis because it is the best computer game I have played and got used to playing now.

This was one of the better games I have played. This is truely the 90's revitalized when wargames were beginning to get much more popular.
