I found this game awhile ago while looking for something to play. I remember being really confused at first, (probably because I didn't read much about it,) but after playing a few times I got the hang of it. The graphics are definitely not one of the reasons this game is still on my hard drive, so if you care more about graphics than gameplay, you may want to keep looking.
Becher Bar was the first game I played (and so far the only one) which has the player create their own drink menu.

Becher Bar was the first game I played (and so far the only one) which has the player create their own drink menu. I probably should have mentioned this at the beginning, but it's a bar simulation game, with the player staring with some money and needing to
rent out a bar. Later on when you have more money you can rent bigger and fancier bars, or buy them. There are quite a few in the game, with a large price range. Then you furnish your bar, hire employees, (waiters, managers, and of course, bartenders) make sure you have at least a couple drinks on the menu and that your doors are open before clicking to go to the next day! I forgot to do trivial things a lot and just like in life, if the doors are locked, nobody buys drinks. I don't remember ever making it very far into the game, but I would usually get over-zealous and spend all my money on advertising thinking I'd created an amazing drink that would make me rich, and then not have enough money to buy supplies to mix it with and only wind up going broke.
I enjoyed this game, but unless you enjoy simulations I don't think I would recommend it. It definitely is a sim, and I didn't see much else going for it. For a small free mildly entertaining way to waste some time though, it worked for me. If I were going to give this rating a 1-10 I'd probably give it a 4, I've played better, then again I've played much worse.
Also, while you're playing you should keep on coming up with new drinks, as people seem to slowly lose interest and you wind up making less and less if you don't change things around from time to time. New furniture, air conditioning, a TV commercial, there are a lot of different ways to get more customers to come by. It's not Sim-City, but it's not trying to be, and is much smaller.
