International Superstar Soccer 3

International Superstar Soccer 3 is a soccer simulation game where you will be taking part in the ever so famous game of soccer. You will be playing against various teams attempting to win as many games as possible.
The players in this game are fully customizable in many aspects. You are able to select their name, type of body build they have, which foot they use to kick and what kind of footwear they have, facial features that can be selected out of sixteen predefined faces that will allow you to change the nose, mouth and jaw lines, their skin tone, and their hair and beards.

There is the ability to change their stats, which is allowing you to change their athletic abilities. There are ten slots for each player that can be filled with their abilities, which will make the difference in what they are good at, and what they will be poorer at. Depending of amount of effort you have to put into the making of your team, you could create a top class team since you have two hundred slots where you can store edited and created players.
The graphics have been done with an average aspect. It has the bare minimum of what it would need to get it in the good game books. The animations that have been done in this game though are by far amazing. The goalkeeper’s saves are great animation. There could have been a little more effort put into the graphics, but are still just as good to enjoy the level of game play.
There is one great feature that has been included into this game. When you are in crossing position and facing an opponent you can select close up mode and trick the opponent, which will get you an open path to get the ball in for your strikers or take a shot at a one on one with the goalkeeper. There will be change in the camera view and it does slow down a bit, but this feature gets the game even more exciting then it already is.
There are plenty of adjustments that can be done tactically to this game. You can change the position of players, give the defenders various instructions like staying back or attacking, adjust the markings and make changes in the overall strategy. Once you’ve discovered the weaker points of your opponent you will be able to further along in the game taking advantage of these flaws.
International Superstar Soccer 3 is a great game in the game play aspect. With all the changes that can be done to this game, there is no way you’ll find yourself bored of it any time soon. If you’ve enjoyed soccer simulations in the past this will be a great addition to your gaming world, you won’t be disappointed.
