Ahh, Genderwars, where to start. This is an incredible game, lots of fun, humorous, and strangely addictive. I still pull this game out every so often and blaze through, causing chaos to the other side.
Graphics - I find the graphics to be very good. Everything is reasonably detailed. It's easy to tell what things are. And everything is fairly realistic. There's not really much that could have been done better. The animations are very smooth, and some of details are very nice. I love the way, if you damage (but not kill) a civilian, they'll partially collapse (about 6 different positions) and stay like that till you shoot them (or they die from their wounds) and fall prone.

Sound - The sound is generally pretty
good. Some of it is outstanding, some of it is annoying. The combat sounds are generally great. The explosions are good. I absolutely love the sound of civilians pleading for their lives when I'm rampaging, it's so soothing.
Control - You have 4 commands, Fire at will, hold fire, hold until I fire and something else. You select one on your squad to move, and the others will generally follow the selected character, unless they've seen something they want to shoot and off they go. If they're too far away when their target finally dies, they can't find their way back, so you have to find that character, select him, and move him back to the rest of the squad.
Humor - This is one of the areas the game rates highly in. From the opening (showing that the whole game is part of a history show) where the two special guests keeps arguing, to the blatant sexism (on both sides), to funny missions (like place super powerful tranquilizers in the Men's Main Beer Reserve). There's also the fact that nearly everything in the game can be blown up, which can be tons of fun.
Difficulty - Personally, I find this to be a very challenging game. It's usually not TOO hard to accomplish the primary missions, but if you try to accomplish all the secondary missions, it's a lot harder. There are booths that can heal you, but they're pretty rare. The guard booths are particularly annoying, especially as you get further in the game. At first they pop out more troops when a camera detects you, but later on, they dispense with the cameras and just spawn out more troops, if you're within about 3/4 of a screen of them. The mission maps are huge, especially later on in the game. Some of them are just too big.
Overall, this is a great game, challenging, fun. It's got some flaws, but they aren't enough to kill the enjoyment.
