You will be capable of moving your army on both land and sea create new armed forces and take part in battles. The way the city is run is quite simple. You have a certain amount of people you can have per team and you must produce supplies. The best times of the year for production are spring and summer just like real life. There is a total of twelve weeks per season, so during each season you will have six turns to take.
The army that you can create is able to consist

It does take a lot of time to create an army, but if you do have to take part in combat sooner than expected you will be able to send what ever you have created already into combat.

They are detailed to the point you are able to tell what is taking place at the time and you will have a smaller screen that has an overview map of Europe, which is right next to your main playing screen. The controls are also very basic. You will be using your mouse and keyboard to make any changes or commands.
